Our primary focus in the early stages is to clarify your requirements, through attentive listening and discussion. Once the design has evolved, our role is to bring all aspects of the project to fruition. This involves generating and submitting development application documentation, liaising with specialist consultants and providing detailed documentation to the builder for construction.
The process by which the project develops is broken down into manageable stages which typically include:
- Pre-design
- Concept design
- Design development and building approval submission
- Construction certificate for compliance submission
- Tender documentation or trade package documentation
- Contract administration
As every project is unique and tailored to your specific requirements some of these stages may not be required or may be altered to suit your individual needs.
